When you are made an offer for summer school, you need to respond in My Applications on eVision
On this page
As part of your offer to study with us, you may be asked to complete optional or compulsory summer school as part of your offer conditions. This can include on-campus and online summer school.
Once you’ve accepted your offer on UCAS, you also need to accept or decline your summer school offer on My Applications. You need to do this before Friday 20 May 2022.
Go to ‘My Applications’
You’ll find ‘My Applications’ under ‘Information’ in the menu at the top of the screen.
Search for ‘Application Details’
You’ll find this section on the left of the screen at the bottom of the page on desktop. On mobile, you’ll find this section below ‘To Do’ and above ‘Personal Details’.
Click or tap ‘Please select a course application to view’ and select summer school
This will appear differently depending on which type of summer school we’ve made you an offer for:
for Access Summer School, choose ‘2020/1 – Access Summer School’
for Online Summer School, choose ‘2020/1 - Online Summer School’
for Academic Skills Online, choose ‘2020/1 – Individual Modules (ASS)’
Click or tap ‘Respond to Offer’
You’ll find this button above ‘uploaded and acknowledged documents’.
Choose your response from the drop-down menu then click or tap ‘Next’.
You can select ‘accept offer’ or ‘decline offer’. If you choose to decline, you may not be able to meet the conditions of your UCAS offer.
Click or tap ‘Exit’ and return to My Applications
You will see your response confirmed beside ‘application status’ in the ‘application details’ section.
