Disability Services welcomes feedback on any aspect of our services, including services delivered through our Access Centre. If you are a disabled student or a member of University staff, please complete our anonymous online surveys. You can also contact us to provide feedback directly. If your feedback relates to a formal complaint, please follow our complaints procedure

Examples of action taken in response to feedback

In response to student feedback we have:

  • Clarified our guidance on the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA)
  • Created additional space in our IT suites for students using laptops
  • Improved Wi-Fi capacity and signal strength in the IT suites
  • Installed a water cooler near the IT suites for student access outwith office hours
  • Provided clearer directions to the Access Centre
