Disability Services welcomes feedback on any aspect of our services, including services delivered through our Access Centre. If you are a disabled student or a member of University staff, please complete our anonymous online surveys. You can also contact us to provide feedback directly. If your feedback relates to a formal complaint, please follow our complaints procedure.

Examples of action taken in response to feedback
In response to student feedback we have:
- Clarified our guidance on the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA)
- Created additional space in our IT suites for students using laptops
- Improved Wi-Fi capacity and signal strength in the IT suites
- Installed a water cooler near the IT suites for student access outwith office hours
- Provided clearer directions to the Access Centre
In response to staff feedback we have:
- Reviewed the admissions' process for disabled applicants
- Reviewed guidance on marking the work of students with dyslexia
- Reviewed guidance for disabled staff and line managers
- Developed a mental health guide for students and staff
- Undertaken a review of campus accessibility
- Developed training and information podcasts for staff and students
