University Court skills matrix

The Skills Matrix is a tool prepared for members of the Governance and Nominations Committee to view skills trends over the coming Court cycle. It is used to inform succession planning and committee membership matters.

Returns are submitted by members at the time of joining the Court and are reviewed annually.

The following charts are accurate to the submissions received by fifteen members of Court for the October 2026 meeting of the Governance and Nominations Committee. At the time of submission, there were five vacancies on the University Court.
