Employment of close relatives policy

This policy sets out the guidelines in respect of the selection process where it is known that a close relative or prospective close relative is a candidate

If a close relative is employed in the same School or Directorate, the guideline also makes it clear that certain arrangements need to be put in place to ensure that the supervision and management of the close relative is carried out by someone else.
