Information Governance Officer
Grade 7 | Hybrid (3 days on campus)
The University of Dundee is seeking a proactive Information Governance Officer to support compliance with information legislation, regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to FOI, Data Protection, SARs and Environmental Information Regulations requests.
* Complete and review Data Protection Impact Assessments.
* Provide advice to stakeholders on compliance and information governance.
* Support delivery of guidance, training and awareness initiatives.
* Assist with managing personal data breaches and information governance incidents.
* Maintain and enhance policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
* Draft and review data sharing and data processing agreements.
About You
You should have a degree or relevant experience in compliance, regulatory, legal or information governance roles.

A recognised qualification in data protection, FOI or risk management is desirable.

You will be confident applying compliance concepts in practical scenarios, communicating clearly and working effectively in a fast paced environment.
