As future clinicians, students must be prepared for complex consultations. This project – a series of stylised illustrations depicting difficult scenarios a clinician may face – was designed to initiate discussion and encourage emotional thought amongst groups of year 5 students. Taught both in person and online, each illustration was designed to fit a single piece of paper/fill the screen without need for scrolling, to keep the impact strong and instant.
