Amy Jane Donachie
“I completed the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Dundee in 2009. Whilst studying law at Dundee University I was exposed to different aspects of the judicial system and litigation. I participated in mooting and competing internally and externally at various competitions. I was the treasurer and latterly Vice President of the Dundee University Mooting Society. I also had the opportunity of gaining some practical, albeit mock, court experience in Dundee Sheriff Court as part of the Advocacy module during the Diploma in Legal Practice. All of these opportunities and experiences fuelled my desire to become a litigation solicitor and ultimately an Advocate.”

Amy Jane Donachie, Scots Law LLB (Hons) graduate, Now Advocate
