This full-time MSc brings together the two areas of healthcare leadership and management. The course is designed to help you develop into a professional who can lead change and drive innovation. You'll gain the knowledge and skills to make smart decisions in healthcare settings.

The course combines rigorous business education with sector-specific leadership training. This will prepare you for management and leadership roles within healthcare systems across the world. You'll begin with core business modules delivered by our Business division. These will cover:

Alongside this, you'll develop specialist knowledge of healthcare leadership. This will be done through modules delivered by our Health Sciences division.
These focus on leadership within healthcare organisations and quality improvement. This will enabling you to understand how effective leadership and continuous improvement contribute to better health services and patient outcomes.
This structured, fixed pathway provides an integrated learning experience. It combines contemporary management knowledge with specialist healthcare leadership perspectives. This will prepare you to graduate ready to take on leadership roles across healthcare organisations.
You will also undertake a Management Project Report. This will give you the opportunity to specialise, gain practical experience, or engage in applied research.
