This LLM course will is designed to develop your specialised legal expertise in cross-border disputes and be of particular interest if you are aiming to join careers in international legal practice or in international organisations. Taught from an international or comparative perspective, this course will have a strong private international law component.  

You will also learn from a range of optional modules designed to help you to develop interdisciplinary skills and critical knowledge.  Options are offered in the fields of:

  • Corporate and Insolvency Law
  • Competition law
  • Arbitration
  • Energy Disputes

You will be encouraged to think strategically about your choice of modules and be offered advice from the beginning, to allow you to build a consistent curriculum to join the labour market from a very strong position.
