Teaching and assessment for Academic Practice In Higher Education (PGCAPHE) PGCert

We will teach you using a variety of methods including:

• online
• discussions
• peer reviews
• tutor support

Assessment for each module consists of:

Associate module - 

• 100% coursework
• a critical reflection on practice (55%)
• action research project (40%)
• completion of 3 peer reviews of practice (5%)

As the assessment for the Associate Module includes 3 peer reviews of practice, you must ensure you have sufficient teaching opportunities in place whilst undertaking the module.

Fellowship module - 

• 100% coursework
• your choice of topic unit (2000 words)
• your choice of topic unit (2000 words)
• final reflexive commentary considering the ways in which you have empowered your practice through study, learning and assessment on the module (500 words
