Dr Nicola Gray

Nicola is Director of the Scottish Improvement Science Collaborating Centre (SISCC) and Senior Lecturer at the School of Heath Sciences. She is an experienced health services researcher with expertise in the practical application of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies across different diseases and contexts. Nicola’s research is primarily focussed on improvement and implementation research, particularly related to developing interventions, evaluation, mobilising evidence and knowledge, and enhancing the evidence base for scaling and sustaining improvements in health and social care. Nicola is experienced in developing, managing and leading complex projects across multiple sites and of working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
