My research is aimed to examine how would the improved regulation and governance of water services industry enables Malaysia to achieve sustainability in water supply. I analyse the current institutional and legal framework of water supply in Malaysia and how this supports the good governance in order to ensure the water supply sustainability. I also make a comparative study between Malaysia and Victoria, Australia.
