Biography
Jing Rachel Ma joined the University of Dundee in September 2022. She gained her PhD in the Perception Lab from University of St. Andrews. She has worked as a lecturer in HRM in University of Henan Normal University, China prior moving to Scotland. Her research work primarily focuses on leadership perception, female leadership, cross-cultural management. In her PhD project, she argued facial analysis as a method of illustrating team's implicit leadership.
