Ilona Koti

Ilona Koti a subject matter expert with 19 years in information governance & libraries and has extensive knowledge of privacy, data breaches, technology and security related issues. She is a SME in multi-million dollar electronic document management system (EDMS) implementations for clients in government, software, bio-tech, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas and non-profit sectors. Ilona is an independent Information Governance consultant and the former Head of Due Diligence at the United Nations - World Food Programme in Rome. Ilona is also a Certified Records Manager (CRM), certified Project Manager (PMP), Certified Document and Image Architech (CDIA+) and has a Masters of Library Science (MLS) and Masters of Information Management (MS IM) from Syracuse University. Currently Ilona is a Director for ARMA International, the California Historical Records Advisory Board and a teaching fellow at the University of Dundee in Scotland.
