Biography
My research has largely focused on understanding how solidarity is promoted and how individuals and groups get inspired to work towards shared goals and the common good. I also have experience doing research about social conflict and strategies to overcome polarisation. All throughout my career, I have developed expertise on how social norms and people’s identities shape their behaviour. This involves theoretical and practical knowledge on how individuals can influence each other to engage in constructive actions. Currently, I am drafting strategies to use these tools to support the initiatives of non-profit and grassroot organisations working for equal, sustainable and regenerative futures.
