Anne Grzybowski

Anne Grzybowski is Records Manager at Heriot-Watt University and a member of the Information Governance Division.  She has almost two decades’ experience advising on freedom of information, data protection, and the development and implementation of records management systems in devolved university environments.

Anne has an honours degree in history from the University of St Andrews, a postgraduate master’s degree in archives and records management from the University of Liverpool, is an accredited member of the Information and Records Management Society and is a registered member of the Archives and Records Association.  She has worked in Scottish higher education institutions for over twenty years, initially as an archivist at the University of St Andrews, then almost 17 years in the award-winning Records Management Section at the University of Edinburgh, before joining Heriot-Watt University in 2020.
