The projects showcased are my work of art in last one year around human interactions, tourism, personal health, and business management on net zero

About

My work majorly revolves around physical social network to showcase human emotions and how our internet feed is filled with biased information and how “Range” a true random generator helps unclutter your online activities. On the health side I worked on green health prescription and how a simple change as printing the prescription in seeded paper changes your view on gardening. Re-ignite tourism in the city of Dundee by gamifying the whole process, to bring back the gaming heritage of Dundee and finally how climate scenario analysis can be done with the ease of design thinking to help companies in their transition to net zero.

Physical social network

Data is the new oil in the 21st century and everyone from government to corporates gather more and more info about us everyday. What they do with the info is getting evident in recent years. Categorizing people based on their likes and dislikes and selling them to the market and political strategist has become a common occurrence, we have just become a number on a spreadsheet. What RanGe tries to achieve is to make sure that the information that we consume is filtered of personalised and targeted content. This consists of two actions, once you confirm your fingerprint with the device it starts activating the motor which creates random scribbles that the AI uses to produce random areas to explore in the case of news, personal feed and friend request and other areas. The system lets you give preference to choose any interest areas for you.

Green Health prescription

The work revolves around the redesigning of the normal green health prescription through proper research and its impact on the volunteers who took part in this study. The purpose of this study is to determine whether green prescription on Plantable seeded paper can increase engagement in gardening and green spaces thus increasing physical activity and helping in behavioural change. Increased physical activity and continued engagement with gardening/green spaces is expected to lead to considerable improvement in overall health and well-being.

Discover dundee

Dundee is often a forgotten city among its competitor’s, as a first-choice destination for tourist in Scotland. Many people say they don’t know much about Dundee, or what is there. And so, despite all that it has to offer, a lot of its attractions are often overlooked. A Series of trails around the city, designed to encourage exploration, engagement with the existing attractions and facilities in Dundee. The scheme focus on delivering footfall away from current popular waterfront development -shining light on the overlooked. Participants will follow a trail around the city, based on an interest they have chosen whether it be art, nature, science, or gaming. As you reach stops on the trail, you will receive a stamp on your map logging that you have visited. This will be in a specific place, and clue on the back of your map will let you tell how to find it. You earn a set number of points which you can then save up and redeem for a prize of your choice. The project studies the net zero accelerators in general, identifies pain point and establishes a clear DIY climate scenario blueprint to help and transition companies in their journey to be carbon neutral.
