Viewing and understanding your timetable
Updated on 14 March 2024
How to view and interpret your timetable and who to contact if you have issues with your timetable.
How to view your timetable
If you are a student you should use eVision or the University of Dundee app to access your personalised timetable. Personalised timetables will display:
- the date, time, and venue of on-campus / in-person teaching activities.
- the date and time of any online live (“synchronous”) activities
Personal timetables will not display:
- online recorded (“asynchronous”) teaching activities in Blackboard. Your School will advise you separately of these.
The online timetables can also be used to view non-personalised Module, Programme and Location timetables (log-in required).
If you have a username that doesn’t include your ID number (students) or end with a number (staff), make sure you enter it correctly.
