Information for staff
Get Apple and Microsoft discounts if using your own funds to buy for personal use. All IT purchases made using University funds must go through the Service Desk. If the University's standard offerings don't meet your needs, contact your Business Partner.

You don't need to buy the following software from any online stores!
Apple Store for Education
Save on Mac, iPad and more. Available to current and newly accepted university students, parents buying for them, and teachers and staff at all levels.
Verify your status at the University through UNiDAYS online. You can also verify with Apple over the phone or in store. If doing the latter, be sure to have your student/staff ID card or acceptance letter at hand.
You can pay in easy instalments (interest applies) or one lump sum.

Microsoft Store
Save 10% and get free delivery on selected Windows and gaming products if you're a student or staff member.
Remember, there's no need to buy Office 2016 or Imagine because you get it free with your dundee.ac.uk email address.
Dell Advantage
Save up to 20% discount on top of the range systems and electronics if you’re a student or staff member.

University's Student Store
The University doesn't profit in any way from the purchases you make here. We joined this UCISA scheme so that you can choose from a recommended list of quality products.
You'll find a selection of computers that meet the needs of most students. These come with extended warranty at a great price. Place your order and have it delivered to an IT Service Point at one of our campuses, or direct to your own home.
