What happens after your Clearing application to Dundee?
If you've got an offer from us, congratulations! This page will let you know everything you need to do next. Find out how to formally accept your place, secure your student accommodation, and get ready for arrival.

How do I formally accept my Clearing offer?
You accept your Clearing place at the University of Dundee through your UCAS account. Log in to the UCAS Hub and add Dundee as your Clearing choice. You can only add one choice, and you'll need to wait until we've told you to go ahead. Fill in your course details by the date we give you.
This registers as your definite acceptance and will show on your Choices page in Track.
If you don't yet have a UCAS account, we'll ask you for some information to help you set one up first.
Is accommodation guaranteed for Clearing students?
Yes, we guarantee first-year accommodation (T&Cs apply) for students who come to us through Clearing, as long as you meet both conditions:
- you have added Dundee as your Clearing choice on UCAS
- you applied for accommodation before the deadline: Friday 28 August 2026, 17:00
