Crasto is your self-help guide to preventing procrastination by means of various daily activities.

Five activities have been carefully put together in order to tackle the root problems that would result in someone procrastinating, worsening their productivity. The activities are as follows;

  • Sense Significance - Ground yourself in the moment through sensory observation.
  • Spiffing Squiggling - Spark your creativity by bringing life to a meaningless 'squiggle'.
  • Reward Responsibility - Boost your productivity using incentives.
  • Review & Reflect - Pause for a moment, review the day you've had, and reflect upon it.
  • Post-pone - Think about what needs to be done the morrow, post it, and switch off.

The activities are listed in order of completion, with the first 3 to be completed at the start of the working day, and the latter 2 to be completed at the close. Together they combat various factors that feed procrastination, some of which being the feeling of being overwhelmed, anxiety, lack of motivation, time management, lack of self-forgiveness, stress and more.

The box would realistically contain enough material to last the user 3 months, or 90 days. The box also features a post-box (used for the 'post-pone' activity) and a corkboard so activities can be pinned for regular viewing. The box itself is framed from MDF and leather wrapped, providing an older aesthetic and a sentimental feel.
