Culture and Information
Responsible for the University’s cultural and heritage collections, plus Information Governance. Our focus is on preservation, management, and promotion.
Archive Services

Archive Services collect, preserve and grant access to the University’s archive and rare book collections. The archives are made up of records created by the University and the bodies that preceded it.
Our archives can be used by the University and members of the public. The cultural assets we hold can inform both teaching and research.
Information Governance

Information Governance handles compliance with Freedom of Information and Data Protection Legislation. The team also advise on records management and provide storage for records.
We promote information governance to support the University’s mission. We also manage information risk to meet relevant legal, regulatory and audit requirements.
