Employees Pay ReferencePersonal Reference number allocated to each employee

National Insurance Numbera National Insurance Number is given to each person over the age of 16. This is a personal number pertaining only to the individual it is issued to.
Assignment NumberThis is the same as your employee number
MonthlyThis indicates the frequency on your salary
LocationThis depicts where you are based
PositionThis is your designation
Employee AddressThis is your Home Address
OrganisationThis depicts the department you are in
GradeThis shows your current grade
Employer AddressThis shows where you are based
Tax Period NumberTax month Number –Numbers 1-12 throughout the tax year (April-March)
Payment DateDate payment enters employee's bank account
Tax CodeEmployee's personal tax code
National Insurance Category 
Total Gross payThis shows your gross pay in that period
Total DeductionsThis shows a total of your deductions in that period
Total Amount PaidThis is your Net Pay and this value will credit into your bank account
Pay Method-bacsThis is the method in which your salary is paid
Sort CodeThis is the sort code that you have provided us with
Bank AccountThis is the bank account you have provided us with
Payment AmountThis is your net pay and the amount that will credit into your bank account
Gross PTDThis is your gross pay for that month only
Taxable Pay YTDThis is your taxable to date
NI YTDThis is an accumulation of your National Insurance to date
PAYE YTDThis is an accumulation of your tax to date
Gross Pay YTDThis is an accumulation of your gross pay to date
NI Employer YTDThis is an accumulation of your employer National Insurance to date
PAYE PTDThis is the amount of tax you have paid in this month only
Tax Office InformationPAYE Reference number-This is your tax office and PAYE reference number and should be quoted when calling HMRC
