Trade union facility time
As part of the Trade Union Act 2016, we are required to publish information on trade union facility time.

The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 require all public sector employers with 50 or more employees, including HEIs in Scotland to report the following information about trade union facility time. The information below is for the year 1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024 and was collated with the cooperation of our Campus Trade Unions.
Union Officials
The percentage of total pay bill spend on paying employees who were relevant union officials for facility time.
