Remit

This small working group exists to support and advise on the management of the various collections held by the University, including Museum and Archive collections and related collections held by DJCAD and the Botanic Garden. In particular, the committee acts as the managing committee for the University Museum Collections, in order to help Museum Services meet its Accreditation requirements. The managing committee is responsible for providing a clear line of authority between the museum and its governing body (Court); reviewing policies and recommending their approval by the governing body; helping guide the strategic direction of the museum and ensuring its sustainability.
