Whatever your circumstances, we’re here to help. Our Clearing helpline (+44 (0)1382 386386) will be open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday with extended hours on the dates below.

Accommodation

If you are offered a place to start in September 2017 we guarantee accommodation in either University or private student accommodation providing:

  • You are classified as an overseas fee payer (international applicants)
  • You are classified as a rest of UK fee payer (applicants from England, Wales and Northern Ireland)
  • You apply before 31 August and accept the accommodation offered within 7 days

What is Clearing?

Clearing can help you to find an available place on a suitable course. From July to September each year, once you have your results, you can use Clearing to find out which courses have places remaining.

Are you eligible?

Clearing is available to you if you have made a UCAS undergraduate application and haven’t received any offers. Running from 5 July to mid-September, you’ll be eligible for Clearing if:

  • you apply after 30 June
  • you are not holding any offers from universities or colleges you’ve applied to
  • your place is not confirmed after exam results are published
  • How to apply  with the grades you need
  • How to apply  without the grades you need
  • How to apply without a UCAS application
