We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as a Learning Space Technology Support Team Analyst. This role will be part of a team helping to deliver the University's Learning Space Technology Strategy. This is a permanent role.
Reporting to the Learning Spaces Technology Support Team Manager, this role will include assistingstaff and students with accessing applications and University wired and wireless networks, the setup and troubleshooting of AV technology and configuration for courses as well as special events. Digital & Technology Services are committed to supporting the long and successful history of teaching at the University. Critical to this is the University teaching spaces which this role is key in maintaining.
Your priorities will include:
- Being a keypoint of contact for users of Learning Spaces Technology,logging andre solving queries, incidents, and standard requests relating to both equipment and applications
- Providing preventative maintenance and assist in keeping Learning Spaces Technology equipment in a satisfactory condition.
- Identifying areas for Service Improvement
Who we're looking for:
- Someone who can demonstrate passion for the delivery of a comprehensive range of high-quality audio visual (AV) and IT technical services to the Universitycommunity.
- Someone who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Someone who has a solid understanding ofthe use of Panopto, MyDundee / Blackboard within a higher education environment
