Student ID card collection locations
Refer to these locations to find out where to collect your student ID card during Welcome.
Check your student email for the invitation to upload your photo via eVision and refer to our examples of good and bad photos for your ID card.
International students
Welcome week arrivals
Students arriving in Dundee after Friday 22 December 2023 will be emailed and advised to attend during Welcome (week beginning Monday 8 January 2024) to have their documents checked and collect their BRP card (if they have selected University of Dundee as their collection point). Staff will check the documentation required for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) purposes and issue students with their student ID card.
BRP and ID card collection will be on the following dates and times during Welcome:

Late arrivals
Students arriving after Welcome can attend at any of the times below to have their documents checked and received their student ID card:

Distance learners
Student ID cards will be posted to students once they have uploaded a photo and completed the matriculation task.
Home students
Home students will be able to collect their student ID card from the Enquiry Centre on Campus Green from Monday 8 January 2024, provided they have completed the online matriculation task and have proof of ID.
