Postgraduate scholarships for applicants from South Asia

A list of scholarships for applicants that will have an International fee status and be domiciled in a South Asia country

We do not offer fully funded scholarships

All scholarships are awarded as partial fee reductions to support students with tuition costs.

2026/27 scholarships

If you:

  • are classified as having International fee status,
  • hold an offer to study on one of our eligible postgraduate courses, and
  • are domiciled in a South Asian country

You may be eligible for one or more of the following scholarships or bursaries, depending on whether you meet the specific criteria for each award:

  • £3,000 – in the first year only, for University of Dundee Alumni and immediate family members of Alumni
  • £3,000 bursary – For eligible Islamic Finance courses
  • £6,500 in the first year / £4,000 in subsequent years, or
  • £8,000 per year of study – If you hold a First-Class degree (or equivalent)

Important: Each scholarship has its own eligibility requirements. Meeting the general conditions does not guarantee you will receive all listed awards.
