Computing research at Dundee is focused on transforming lives, locally and globally. We create research leaders that tackle global problems that can empower society through technology.

We accept PhD applications that tackle research challenges based on the expertise of our research group:

  • Computer science and informatics - Research and collaboration spanning a range of areas including artificial intelligence, argument technology, medical image analysis, computer vision, and human-centred computing.

Entry requirements

You should have an honours degree at 2.1 or above, and/or a Masters degree in a relevant discipline.

English language requirements

You do not need to prove your knowledge of English if you are a national of certain countries.
