Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) scholarship programme
The LPDP Scholarship is a funding opportunity open to Indonesian Nationals.
International
The Scholarship provides support to allow recipients to carry out a four-year PhD, covering tuition fees, living expenses and research costs. The University of Dundee is proud to be a registered partner with LPDP for PhD students and we are currently offering projects within the School of Life Sciences.
Entry requirements
To be eligible for these awards, applicants must:
- be an Indonesian National
- meet the requirements of LPDP
- have completed a bachelors or masters degree before the agreed start of PhD study
- Already have an IELTS score of 6.5 at time of applying

How to apply
The application is a two-stage process. Candidates apply to the University of Dundee and LPDP separately.
Stage 1: Apply to the University of Dundee
- You can choose up to three projects from those listed above.
- Complete your School of Life Sciences application form (link below)
Application Deadline – 12 April 2024
Interviews – May 2024
Successful candidates will be given an unconditional offer from the University of Dundee, which can then be uploaded to the LPDP Scholarship application portal.
