As a Facilities Category Manager, I use my current experience in Building Management, to oversee the formal authorised process to procure goods, services and works and to place contracts on behalf of the University. My role is to provide support and guidance to end users, to source appropriate goods, services and works in a legally compliant manner with fair, transparent and open competition, achieving value for money and minimising exposure to fraud and collusion by reducing risk and increasing efficiency.
