Biography
Steve was previously Academic Lead in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering at Dundee, and has over 30 years’ experience in teaching and academic research. His present interests include:
- Semiconductor materials and devices
- Photoconductivity, carrier transport and defect spectroscopies
- Solar Cell physics and technology
- Renewable Energy systems and energy storage
- Low-noise analogue electronic design
