Biography
Jamil is from Lebanon and studied MSc Energy Studies Oil and Gas Economics and MSc Mineral Resource Management at our Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy (CEPMLP) in our School of Social Sciences, graduating in 2017 and 2019
About Jamil
I am a multi-industry business professional with experience in the food sector, the information technology sector, shipping sector and petroleum industry, currently working as a Mineral Economist and Energy Analyst.
I am a Dual-Degree Master's Graduate from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP). My background began in the Oil sector working in Refined Fuel Operations, Shipping management and Information data products. As a hobby, I write about: Supply Security of Critical Raw Materials, Energy transition, Local Content and Development in the Extractives Industry.
