Biography
Gill joined the SISCC team in September 2016 as Workstream Facilitator for the Child and Maternal Health Workstream. Gill will be working directly with the Neonatal Units across Scotland focusing on promoting evidence based, integrated and sustained ways of working to improve the quality of care given to families and infants.
Gill brings a huge amount of experience to this role, having worked as a Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor. She has delivered improvement support, as part of the Practice Development Team within the Scottish Government for the Early Years Collaborative and more recently was part of the Healthcare Improvement Team within the Care Inspectorate.
Gill brings with her extensive experience of relationship building and engagement across all children’s services and a passion for co-creation of health improvement activity.
