Biography
Carolina has more than 20 years’ experience in the energy services industry, focused on driving change, leading global teams, developing and implementing long-term sustainable strategies, with a passion for people development and mentoring. Carolina is currently Vice President of the Wood S24 Programme, driving business engagement in Wood’s simplification journey. Carolina has held a number of Commercial, Contracts and Legal positions within Wood. Prior to joining Wood, Carolina worked for Schlumberger in Houston and Aberdeen and in private practice in Rio de Janeiro.
