Biography

Following an initial career in General Practice I worked as a Senior Clinician in Restorative Dentistry, University of Stellenbosch, SA and obtained and MDSc degree in 1998. I became a Lecturer in Endodontics/Honorary Specialist Registrar at the University of Dundee and was accepted onto the Endodontic Specialist list in 2004.

Since then I have worked three days a week at Edinburgh Dental Specialists, treating endodontic referrals from throughout Scotland. I work two days a week as a Senior Clinical Teacher in Endodontics at the University of Dundee where I coordinate and teach the undergraduate and MDSc programme. In addition to this I have given several postgraduate courses to General Dentists throughout Scotland.
