Course Aims and Objectives

Revise concepts and skills in algebra and trigonometry, fundamental to undertaking a STEM degree programme at the University of Dundee.

List of Topics

  • Week 1: Manipulating algebraic expressions.
  • Week 2: Solving algebraic equations, Basic trigonometry.
  • Week 3: Solving trigonometric equations, Proving trigonometric identities.
  • Week 4: Solving trigonometric equations using trigonometric identities.
