Law, Technology and Innovation module (LW22023)

This module explores the theoretical concepts and legal implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), cyberspace, data technologies etc. It also covers existing legal responses and current and emerging technologies relevant to the legal field as well as their potential influence on future legal practice. 

What you will learn

In this module, you will:

• explore key legal debates surrounding new technologies and innovations such as AI and blockchains
• refine your analytical skills to evaluate technological innovations concerning the law
• examine the boundaries and limitations of regulatory and legal control over technology
• learn about the societal and professional impacts of technological advancements within the legal realm

This module does not have a final exam
