These will be responsible for the physical manifestation of the architectural idea. You will explore how these concepts of thinking and making interact.
What you will learn
In this module, you will:
- learn about the development of modern architecture. This will cover from the years 1753 to 1933. You will also cover the theoretical ideas which underpin this development
- learn about the ways that cultural, social, intellectual and technological histories influence the design of buildings in this period
By the end of this module you will be able to:
- identify and analyse the conceptual ideas which shape constructed architectural form.
