About
The Strength Hub, formerly known as the Strength Performance Centre (SPC), is located on the first floor and is a regional specialist strength training area, equipped with Olympic lifting platforms, free weights, and tools to advance any lifting workout.
This strength facility accommodates approximately 15 people which offers the space you need to train safely.
The Strength Hub offers support for members, including introductory sessions, workouts, and workshops to enhance your experience.

You'll need to bring
Gym kit you are comfortable working out in (shorts, leggings, t-shirt, trainers), a towel, water, specific lifting shoes, and liquid chalk or powder chalk in a small bag if you need it.

Introductory Session
If you are unfamiliar with the facility and would like some help to get started and to find out more about what the Strength Hub can offer you, there are 30 minute introductory sessions which you can book in for at ISE reception or via the app.
Closed Sessions
At times, the Strength Hub facility may be closed or have restricted access to accommodate group bookings, events, or programmes. The timetable is displayed in the facility window and on the ISE app.
