The Enquiry Desk is now located in the Main Library on City Campus. We are at the desk through the security barriers, next to the IT helpdesk.

We offer support and advice covering a variety of areas from university accommodation, ID cards, general well-being, international support/visas, and money issues, to opening a bank account, registering with a doctor, study support, and careers advice.
