Request a refund of your tuition fee deposit

If you decline your offer or have been unable to secure a visa, you may be able to request a full or partial refund on your tuition fee deposit.

Refunds of your tuition fee deposit are dependant on your status.

If you have declined your offer

You can request an advanced payment refund by completing the form at the bottom of this web page and emailing ContactUs@dundee.ac.uk.

We will send your refund using the same method you used to pay.

If your visa has been refused

You can request an advanced payment refund by completing the form at the bottom of this web page and emailing ContactUs@dundee.ac.uk.

You will need a scanned copy of your Refusal of Entry Clearance document (all pages) issued by the British Embassy which details the reasons for their decision. 

If UKVI have refused your visa for any reason, we will deduct an administration fee of £1,000.

Administration fee for specialist courses

There is an extra school administration fee for specialist courses. This applies whether your visa is refused, or if you have declined your offer. These courses, and their extra fees are:

  • MChOrth Orthopaedic Surgery (£1,500)
  • MSc Human Clinical Embryology & Assisted Conception (£1,500)

We will deduct the administration and school fee from the pre-paid amount.
