Get your staff ID card

As a member of staff, your card will give you access to the library, sports facilities and to some University buildings. You can also use it for discounts at shops and services.

To get your card:

• Email a passport sized photo of yourself and your staff number to enquiry@dundee.ac.uk. You can smile in your photo.
• You will receive an email when your card is ready (usually in one working day) and you can collect it from the Enquiry Centre.
• If your record in OneUniversity has missing information we may not be able to print your card, we'll let you know if you need to contact the People team to complete the information.
