Add credit to your My Print account
If you are a student, you need to add credit to your My Print account before you can print using on-campus printers

Add credit using a credit or debit card
You can add £1 or more using a credit or debit card. You can use Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro cards. You cannot use Apple Pay or Google Pay with My Print.
- Visit https://myprint.dundee.ac.uk/user
- Click or tap Sign in with Microsoft
- Click or tap Add Credit on the left menu
- Choose the amount you wish to add, then click or tap Add value
- Follow the payment screens to pay using your credit or debit card
- You will be redirected back to My Print where your new balance will show

If you print an odd number of pages using double-sided printing, the last page will be charged as a single page. For example one 5p page, not two 4p pages (A4 B&W).
Issues with printing
If a My Print printer has a technical problem, or if you have questions about your balance, contact the Service Desk.
Refund of printing credit
To get a refund of remaining credit when you no longer need it, contact the Help4U Service Desk. Refunds may take a few days to process, and will be refunded directly to the payment card used to top up.
