It’s the classic functional workout that we still love to do together. We keep it simple, so you get results, and that’s why you keep coming back for more!
We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going.
