In this session, Consultant Dr Lisa Colledge outlines an approach to support leaders in connecting people who think, work, and contribute differently within interdisciplinary teams. She will also cover why leadership has genuinely become harder in today’s complex pressured environments, what this means for leadership capability, and will introduce practical ways to lead across difference - including techniques participants can apply immediately in their own teams. A room will be booked for the session so participants can join together in a room, or independently online.
