Interfacial flows are found everywhere from breathing to polymeric coatings to more eco-friendly refrigeration cycles to accretion discs in stellar objects and therefore, better understanding their stability is of great importance.

In this talk we are going to explore the effects of soluble surfactants and slippage on the stability of thin films under shear.
