Happy Habitats – Creative Workshop with Cara Rooney
A family workshop in the Zoology Museum to create your own animal habitat

Featured in our current exhibition A Decade of Design, award-winning illustrator and DJCAD alumna Cara Rooney will lead this special family workshop in the D’Arcy Thompson Zoology Museum. Choosing an animal from the museum, you will be able to create a unique 3-dimensional habitat for your creature to live in. Cara will also discuss her own work as an illustrator and her recently published book A Little World of Ants.
The workshop is suitable for children and adults (recommended for ages 6 and above). All children of 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult. The workshop is free but places are limited so if for any reason you are unable to attend, please let us know by email or cancel your booking on Eventbrite.
