To celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Royal Scottish Academy (RSA), join a unique tour of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design and hear how the school has shaped the careers of many influential RSA academicians over the years - and how they have impacted DJCAD in return!

As well as exploring the connections to RSA Academicians, who have both studied and taught at DJCAD over the years, the tour will also cover the history of the buildings, their unique features and current function, giving visitors a rare insight into the spaces that form the ultimate creative backdrop to those who study here.

The tour will conclude in the University’s Lamb Gallery, where the accompanying exhibition, Dundee and the RSA, will be on display.

To learn more about the city’s connections with the RSA, on Wednesday 12 August, curator Matthew Jarron will lead a walking tour visiting sites across Dundee connected to notable Academicians.
